1. This offer is open to both new and existing users on every Mon starting from 3rd Jun, until further notice.

2. The users must select more than one cup, and each transaction must be at least RM15 (non-sst) or RM15.90 (with sst). The lowest price cup will be 50% off.

Example:

If a customer selects 6 drinks in a transaction, the 3 lowest-priced drinks will be discounted by 50%.

3. The promo is limited to 10 cups in each transaction; hence maximum 5 cups will be in discounted price per transaction.

   1. Where can users find the RM5 For 5 vouchers? 

At the app homepage, users can tap on Account – My Voucher 

   2.     How about users who already received Buy 1 Free 1 voucher prior to 14th August 2023? 

Their voucher will not be affected as we have set the mechanics validity till 30th September 2023. Users can still use their voucher with no issue. 

   3.     Is the drink selection limited to only RM8.50 drinks only?

Customer can top up the additional charge. Example; If customer buy RM9.90 drink & use this voucher, customer has to pay RM6.40 (RM 5 and additional top up RM 1.40).
Note: entitlted drinks price - RM 8.50 (deduct from Grand total - base price)

4.     Can users redeem the voucher at Tealive Plus? 

Yes, Tealive Plus entitled drink will be cost RM 9.90 or below.

  5.     Can users redeem the voucher by barcode scan? 

Can use redeem via app or in-store (barcode scan) 

   6.     Can the voucher be applied for delivery? 

Yes. This voucher is applicable to all channels; Pickup, Drive-in & Delivery. 

   7.     How if a customer did not get the voucher?

   8.     I want to buy 2 drinks worth RM8.50 each, can I use 2 vouchers?

To use 2 vouchers, the user will need to split the 2 drinks into two different transactions (2 receipts). Users may let our cashier know or simply perform two transactions on the app in order to use 2 vouchers.

   9.     I registered a long time ago and never bought before, am I eligible to get this voucher?

Welcome Offer vouchers will automatically issued to the new registered users once he/she signed up, and welcome offer voucher will only valid for 3 months from the issuance date. If user did not redeemed the voucher within the time period, the welcome offer voucher will be expired and no new voucher will be issued, regardless of whether he/ she has made any purchase before or not. 

   10.     Is there an expiry date for the voucher?

A set of vouchers (5 vouchers) will expire in 3 months period from the issuance date.  

   11.  My previous B1F1 expired before I could use it, can I get this voucher?

Unfortunately, only new registered users who sign up from 14th Aug 2023 onwards can get the vouchers.

   12.  I already made my first transaction without the voucher; can I still use the voucher for my second purchase?

You may use the voucher for your second purchase as long as the voucher is not expired, and each voucher is used separately in a different transaction (receipt).   

13. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash.

1. This loyalty program offered to all tiers; available in all Tealive and Tealive Plus outlet except Tealive KLIA 2, Kidzania, Cold Storage, Max Valu, Johor Premium Outlet and Aeon Delica outlets.

2. Users will receive birthday voucher in the app on the 1st day of the birthday month.

3. When users buy one drink, they will receive a free second drink worth RM8.20*;  whereas Tealive Plus free second drink is worth RM 9.90*.

If the second drink costs higher, the customers need to pay the difference.

4. Users can view their available birthday voucher in the “The Voucher Shop” page after click on 'Redeem Points' in the Reward section of the app.

5. Users can also either redeem before check out via App pickup/ delivery; or walk-in and show the barcode to Tealive staff, get it scanned & enjoy the reward.

6. Users are only entitled to one voucher per year.

If changes are made to the birthday, users who have already received a birthday voucher will not receive another.

7. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
